作畫理念
一般人對學理工的人的刻版印象是較無人文及藝術的素養，個人認為這是不正確的觀念，只要每個人對藝術有興趣，可利用閒暇時拜師學習，努力不懈並持之以恆，除可修心養性外，亦可成為藝術家。
習畫歷程中，為尋回自己的興趣，在工作閒暇之餘，先後拜師名畫家陳牧雨老師及國畫大師歐豪年教授學習國畫，書法及篆刻師事黃智陽教授；油畫拜師美國知名畫家Daniel Edmondson，學習靜物、風景及人物等畫法。
國畫大師張大千認為教導學生應如何畫法與佈局，而非全盤抄襲，如此才不會限制學生的創造力，自古有「青出於藍，更勝於藍」的名言，學生有成就，老師更會倍感光榮。
